Deliciously drinkable wines styled to complement hearty firefighter cuisine

_______________________

With focus on delicious drinking wines that are ideally suited for hearty "firefighter cuisine," we produce both Shiraz and Zinfandel. We create wines that capture the true flavors of both their vineyard heritage and the varietal. The balance and structure of our wines appeal to both experienced and new wine drinkers alike. Produced by Sonoma County vintner and firefighter John Drady, these wines always exceed the expectation and deliver pure enjoyment and pleasure.

2004 FIRE STATION RED SHIRAZ, Lodi and Amador County Complex black fruit, intense blackberry and black raspberry join with lively spice and toasty notes of warm vanilla. 16 months in both American and French oak, this wine was given the full benefit of evolving gracefully. The flavors are lush and mouth-filling and the finish is long and delicious. A blend of 85% Syrah, 12% Petite Sirah, and 3% Viognier. Harvested from small family owned vineyards in Lodi and Amador.
